ARCANA: Cycle of the Fool
a multimedia performance cycle of love, loss, moral conflict, and courage that will never be the same twice
Limited Run!
Performances Begin
May 15!
ARCANA: Cycle of the Fool is comprised of an interchangeable series of multimedia compositions set against a backdrop of War, dealing with love, loss, fear, moral conflict and courage. These compositions are literally shuffled at the beginning of the show, producing a unique "reading" every time it is performed. ARCANA combines the symbolic language of the Tarot with pop-culture archetypes and historical figures and events, in order to explore the relationship between our individual choices and the larger context in which we live.

Synaesthetic Theatre
is a collective of artists dedicated to creating process oriented,
multi-media theatre, synthesizing voice, text, movement, music,
video, and visual art into a single performance experience. As a
community of creators, our collective strives to provide a home in
which artists from all realms are supported and encouraged to take
risks, exploring their craft as tools for communication. In this age
of expanded media, two-dimensional stimuli, and quick fixes, Synaesthetic Theatre
utilizes live experimental performance to inspire an environment
where intellect and emotion function together -- redefining the
boundaries of theater, artist and audience, and encouraging
conscious investigation and evaluation of the world around
us. | |
